VENDORS: Spokane Transit (STA) upgraded its Vendor Self Service (VSS) to a new version on June 8, 2021. In the new version of VSS, log-in requires a Tyler Identity account for existing and potential vendors. Existing Vendors will need their current Vendor ID (located on a recent payment or purchase order) and Taxpayer Identification Number to link to an existing account.
